Sentiment and analysis
Sentiment scores, competitive benchmarking and the site audit.
How does Noma measure sentiment?
Only answers that actually mention your brand are scored, on a 0 to 100 scale, based on how the surrounding language describes you. Answers that never name you are excluded rather than counted as neutral, which would drag every score toward the middle.
How should I read my sentiment score?
Read it next to visibility, never alone. High sentiment on very low visibility means the few answers naming you are kind but rare. Falling sentiment at steady visibility usually means a specific source has started framing you differently, and Sources will show which.
What is competitive benchmarking?
Every competitor in your set is measured on the same prompts, on the same days, on the same engines as you. That is what makes share of voice meaningful: it is your share of a fixed pool rather than a number in isolation.
How does the site audit work?
The 12-point audit checks the signals that decide whether an engine can parse and trust your site, and scores them on three weighted axes: technical 0.30, content 0.35 and AEO 0.35. It is under Health.
