• How do I manage my subscription?

  Under Settings, Billing. Your plan, renewal date and invoices are all there, and plan changes take effect from that screen.

• How do I invite my team?

  Under Settings, Team. People you invite join the organisation and see the projects it owns, so there is no need to share one login.

• What plans are available?

  Self-serve plans are listed on the pricing page, and there is a Managed plan where our strategists run Noma on your behalf. Agencies running many clients are priced differently, as the agency page explains.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

  From Settings, Billing. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data stays in place rather than being deleted at cancellation.

• How do I set up email reports?

  Under Settings, Notifications. Reports are sent on a schedule to the addresses you choose, which is how most teams keep an eye on movement without opening the dashboard every day.
